I'm a Presidential Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Computer Science and Psychology at Princeton, working with Tom Griffiths and Adele Goldberg. My research develops computational models of language and human language use, primarily through building and reverse-engineering large language models. Before Princeton, I was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) at MIT. I also spent time at Google Research and the Fundamental AI Research team (FAIR) at Meta and served on the board of the Cognitive Science Society as its graduate student representative.
